Today, I auditioned for a part and made it because the director thought I would be "perfect" for the part and I was "just like the character in every way." The part is for a schizophrenic drug addict who everyone hates and is stabbed to death in the second scene. FML

Be careful on the last night of the run. They might not use the rubber knife. No one wants you to come to the cast party, and "accidentally" putting a real, steel knife where the rubber one usually was seems like a good plan.

But you are so self conscious/stupid you take everything personally. The director guy doesn't fucking know you, he only knows the character you played as. Take the compliment. Jesus Christ...

Are you fucking kidding me? Here's an idea for you: next time you try out for the part of some scum, play the part like total shit, don't get the part, and feel good about yourself.

Playing a drug addict is easy as anything. Hell, pretty much everyone i've ever met thought i was so high that pot grew out my ass. I've never touched an illegal drug in my life....................... more than twice.

If you actually get the part, don't be surprised if the actor who's stabbing you brings a real knife and stabs you to death for real, since they really seem to hate you so much... I feel bad for you man!
